- Tema: Retrato ou caricatura de Ion Luca Caragiale ([link]) e Mihai Eminescu ([link]) (em conjunto ou separadamente).

- Desenhos digitais devem ter resolução de 300 dpi e tamanho 21x30 centímetros ou maiores, melhor qualidade.

- Todos os participantes receberão o livro caricatura (catálogo) de exposição.
